• Central, young, lively

  I tend to avoid Yate's in the evening and just use it in the daytime for the odd lunch. It is really handy and centrally located. The menu is your standard chain pub fare but has a decent choice and isn't bad value. The pub itself I find a bit dark but I think this is because it's more aimed at the young night time crowd. In the evening the closest I get is walking past the bouncers on the door with my hands over my ears- but that's because I'm an old codger! It seems to be a major meeting place for the younger evening crowds.

• Quality Place

  a big group of us went here on saturday night just gone 9th august for my friends hen party, we got in there got our drinks which were very resonable, and onthe plus side the Dj was absoultly brilliant, playing random games giving out free stuff, plus the music was really good to, we initally was only gunna stay in there for one drink as a meeting point, but ended up staying the best part of 2 hours, 5* YATESWe will defo be returning, keep up the good work
