• Worst spa experience I have ever had!

  I had the most terrible experience at this spa! And I would totally advise anyone from refraining from going there for treatments. I came to BFW for a Brazilian, which turned out to be the worst waxing experience I have ever had. At the onset of the treatment, the girl doing the treatment didn't cool the wax down before putting it on my skin, which subsequently burned part of my skin. I should have left, but I thought it was just a mistake and stayed on. However, the rest of the experience was horrendous. She could not pull out the hairs, and instead kept going over certain areas of the skin to try to pull the hairs out, which caused me to bleed and left my skin raw. I then wrote to the manager of BFW who would not give me my money back, but instead invited me to come in for a complimentary facial. I told her I was only in town for 10 days, and she subsequently, postponed the treatment by telling me twice to call her to book an appointment and telling me she would call me back. She did neither until less than 24 hours before she contacted me, giving me ONE option for the facial treatment, which I could not make. She fully knew that I was only in town for a short time and gave me only one option for the complimentary treatment last minute. I travel often with my job and have been to spas for treatments all over the country and Europe. I have NEVER had such a poor experience. Not only was the actual treatment terrible, but the way that it was handled by the manager afterwards, was completely unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!"

  "I had the most terrible experience at this spa! And I would totally advise anyone from refraining from going there for treatments. I went there for a waxing and was burnt with the wax from an inexperienced beautician and made to bleed during the actual waxing, which has never happened to me before. The Manager was completely unprofessional and did not act to rectify the mistakes made by the beautician. It was totally unacceptable.
