VITALITY offers counselling on a one to one basis to children, youths, students, and adults; couple therapy and groups, within South yorkshire. Referals can be self referral, from a health professional, human resources to other agencies. Counselling and stress managment are also offered to companies throughout all industries. Courses are also tailormade and can be offered at the premises of vilality or location of your choices. Counselling, stress management and training are offered to all types and sizes of organisations. Our main site is within an holistic setting where body and mind are well catered for.
