• Friendly Honest Team, Exceptional Customer Service

  ABC Data Recovery did a FREE diagnostic check on my solid-state drive. Within less than five minutes the man returned and explained the problem to a technical level that I understood. They also explained the different solutions to fix my drive and why each solution cost as much as it did. Furthermore, understanding that I was a student they explained what steps I should take next if they were in my shoes. All in all I was very very pleased with their customer service that truly was exceptional.

• Fast and friendly service at a good price

  The service that I received from ABC Data Recovery simply cannot be faulted. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who has, like me, been unlucky enough to find themselves with a broken hard drive. The hard drive came from a friend. She runs a charity that works with young people that have been out of education for a long time. She gets them interested in the creative arts, which builds their confidence and helps them re-enter formal education. Many of the kids have been out of education for a long time and can't read or write, so the charity also teaches basic skills such as reading, writing, numeracy and I.T. For the last four years, photos and videos made by the young people were stored on a 1TB hard drive. And then one day, it simply wouldn%u2019t turn on. This was a disaster, because there were no other copies of files! I heard about ABC Data Recovery and thought that I would see if they could help. ABC Data Recovery have been absolutely fantastic through the whole process of recovering the files from the hard drive. They very clearly explained the probable cause of the problem and provided me with all the information that I needed. I posted the hard drive to them and received an email receipt the very next day. Later on that same day, I received a call from one of ABC Data Recovery%u2019s engineers. He%u2019d fixed the drive and all of the images and videos were fine! I sent off another hard drive onto which they could copy the files. The entire process, from posting off the first drive to receiving my files back took one week! ABC Data Recovery were professional and fast throughout the recovery of my data. I was constantly kept up to date with their progress and their staff were helpful and friendly. What%u2019s more, the price was fantastic and far more affordable than other data recovery organisations I had contacted. Of course, the best thing is that four years of work has now been returned to my friend and her charity. Thank you, ABC Data Recovery!
