Parkgate Car Phone Warehouse
Anyone thinking of buying a phone from parkgate carphone warehouse should reconsider. My experience was firstly being given a Sim card that didn't work so I had to revisit the store to get a replacement. This could have been avoided had they verified the sim before I left and before they'd taken my moeny and signed me up for the contract. Secondly the wrong bank details were sent to 3 the provider, of which I was told they couldn't fix because their "system" only sends the email onece. In addition their phone number doesn't work and the automated voice will only give you the opening hours and not allow you to talk to anyone in person in the store. It simply disconnects the caller. How ironic for a phone provider. Completely incompetent and very unhelpful
