shocking service, stay away from this firm.

this company sold me faulty goods and are denying the problems with a guy called mike claiming i must have broke the item myself. i dont know how he came to that conclusion given that it has never even been used before... i sent the item back and they have refused to either refund or replace the item therefore i have contacted trading standards with regards to their shoddy behaviour and also contacted my bank to get my money back. they are quick to take your money but leave you with faulty, and i would deem suspect second hand goods. this is the type of company you would expect to see on watchdog and i would recommend that you stay away.
