• Very Very bad service

  Trying to use my nokia n8 and says its connected but when i try to ring people cant hear me, also many many times it just will not connect a call, sometimes in the middle of a call (when you actually get to make one the sound drops after a few minutes, then try ring back either doesnt connect or they cant hear me :( Its not my phone as i use other sip providers without any problems. Cant verify some countries mobile numbers for sms (excuse given was that they had no route to that network even though it says on website that you can). also when trying to send sms some numbers it says are not mobiles when they are and other sites will send to that number :(

• Amazing call quality

  I do not agree with Nesrine A. That is an unfair post, they have nothing but good service amzing localphone keep it up

• was the best service

  This WAS the best service, until they removed their phone support! Sometimes calls would get dropped or the quality wasn't good. I would call and someone would take care of it right now. Now, they have NO phone support! You have to send an email! I really doubt they will reply to my email. I would have give 5 stars if they still had phone support, especially for the amount I have spent with them.

  Hello, Nesrine. I can see that we replied to your fault report within 48 hours with a full refund for the incorrect charges, and have tried different suppliers to find a good quality route for you. We usually try to respond within 24 hours but unfortunately sometimes when tickets are sent in on a Saturday we don’t manage to reply until the Monday morning. I can see that you have continued to use the service since the incident you described here and hope this means you’ve seen an improvement in call quality. • Very bad service,

  Line doesn't connect. When it does, it keeps breaking, and they changed me for calls I didn't make. Every time I call, I didn't hear the ring, but they still charged me even though there was nothing on the other end. PLEASE AVOID, DON"T USE, RIP OFFS
