was the best service
This WAS the best service, until they removed their phone support! Sometimes calls would get dropped or the quality wasn't good. I would call and someone would take care of it right now. Now, they have NO phone support! You have to send an email! I really doubt they will reply to my email. I would have give 5 stars if they still had phone support, especially for the amount I have spent with them.

Hello, Nesrine. I can see that we replied to your fault report within 48 hours with a full refund for the incorrect charges, and have tried different suppliers to find a good quality route for you. We usually try to respond within 24 hours but unfortunately sometimes when tickets are sent in on a Saturday we don’t manage to reply until the Monday morning. I can see that you have continued to use the service since the incident you described here and hope this means you’ve seen an improvement in call quality. Very bad service,
Line doesn't connect. When it does, it keeps breaking, and they changed me for calls I didn't make. Every time I call, I didn't hear the ring, but they still charged me even though there was nothing on the other end. PLEASE AVOID, DON"T USE, RIP OFFS
