    After suffering years of Anxiety & despressive feelings i decided to try Hypnotherapy as a way of Helping to live with the above symptons,I contacted Karen and from the first welcoming smile and understanding nature karen posesses my condition have improved to the point where i consider myself 95% cured in both area's i had problems in,Karen is such a wonderfull and polite lady where nothing is to much trouble,The Hypnotherapy sessions i found to be of a very high standard as are the Cd's which i can listen to at my own leasure,i have recomended karen to family & friends whom also share my belief that karen offers a brilliant service,Also nothing is to much trouble for karen.Thank you karen

I offer a caring, confidential and friendly service and work in a small but busy practice in quiet, picturesque surroundings. Appointments are made for a time to suit clients and include evenings and Sunday afternoons. Hypnotherapy CD's are available for clients (many free of charge) to use in between appointments and after therapy has ended. Discount fees are available for people on benefits, senior citizens and students. I am a member of the Hypnotherapy Association (HA), and The British Academy of Hypnosis (B.A. Hyp) NHSTA Complementary Practitioner UKCHO Registered (No. 81404)
