Brilliant, caring - human

Sadly our old cat had to go to kitty heaven - my daughter and I took her to Vets4Pets in barnsley, crying like babies. We were shown into a private room, where we could cry and give last cuddles to Lottie. The female vet that came in talked to us about Lotties problems, and helped us come to terms with the fact that as hard it as was, we were doing the right thing. We were told not to worry about paying right now ,couldn't see for tears, so it was probably a good thing, however the fact they understood our distress was very good. Good people, understanding, clean surgery, not a 'clinical' setting, which helps pets and people relax a little more.
