I recently bought a ford fiesta from this dealership at almost £3000. The car had an oil leak which they assured me would be fixed. I waited a week and it was fixed... or so they said. I had the car 3 hours and went to my private garage who said they hadn't even touched it. Yet they stood there and lied to me. Still I am waiting for an apology. It was just appauling.
