• Stole £1000 from me.

  DO NOT HIRE FROM CJS. I hired an Rv from them in August 2010. We had an agreement that they would collect the RV on Monday morning. When I called her she said she could not pick it up to the evening. I had to leave to go to work so explained this was now off hire and I could not wait around all day. 4 days later I emailed to ask where my £1000 deposit was. Finally she emailed me back on Friday night saying I stole a PlayStation and that there was water in the RV and she was keeping the £1000. She told the court she had no contact details for me and also she had never given me a collection time. ALL LIES!!!!!!!! After 10 minutes the judge ruled in my favour as I produced her emails/invoices with all details of collection along with all my telephone numbers. She didn’t even turn up to court but instead dissolved CJS Motorhome hire and changed its name to CJS American Motorhome hire. She keeps changing the company name and address to avoid paying me my money back. If you don’t believe me please check out company-director-check.co.uk. Enter Mrs Christine Jennifer Synnott. It shows Christine has had 5 companies in her name. Also if you go on to their website the address they list is for another company they own called RV Leisure Hire. They have dissolved CJS WHY WOULD YOU KEEP CHANGING COMPANY NAMES AND ADDRESSES IF YOU WERE LEGIT?????? DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

  We have hired from this company year in and year out from when they started and stuck with them. Never had the bad service its a same you did but maybe this was also down to the time of year you hired and the treatment you gave them, if you gave them a bad time you get you give may be know one will know the full story. THEY ARE A GOOD PAIR THAT TRY THERE BEST BUT NOT EVERY ONE LISTEAN TO WHAT IS SAID AND THEN IT CAN BACK FIRE ON YOU AND YOU GET WHAT IS GIVEN TO YOU

• Horrible Service!

  Gave us an unfit camper. Would not compensate, had to take them to court. Won my case, still would not pay, had to send a warrant of exexution to finally receive compensation. Christine's customer service she boasts about does not exist! She is nice until something goes wrong then she tries to blame you. She is a proven liar! DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY!
