About Us

Boiler Manufacture and Distribution of Heating Products. Extraheat Limited was established by Paul Baxter and Melvin Hartley, who between them have over 60 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry working with several major UK and European manufacturers. Pauls most recent position was Managing Director of the UK subsidiary of Italian heating manufacturer Biasi SpA. Previously he held Sales Director roles with Baxi and Ideal Stelrad. Melvin worked as Sales Director for Vokera boilers before being appointed by Italian manufacturer Sime SpA as Managing Director of their UK subsidiary. Recently he has worked as a distributor of renewable products from European manufacturers including Solar and Biomass equipment. Extraheat specialises in the sourcing, specifying and distribution of heating equipment from the leading manufacturers in Europe and worldwide with a special focus on new and innovative products designed to address the challenge of climate change. Extraheat have used their years of experience to present a range of products that offer practical solutions for architects, specifiers, builders and developers, local authorities and social housing providers, contractors, installers and householders. Technical support and advice is offered both before and after-sales including system design and SAP assessment to embrace all current and projected building regulations and codes.
