    I am afraid I have had very poor service from this company. I returned a kettle in January 2009 which was under guarantee and was assured by Pete that I would get a replacement. It is now June 2009 and after numberous telephone conversations and letters I have not received the replacement. When I telephone he tells me he will get it sorted which he does not and no-one replies to my letters. As I am in the Channel Islands it is very difficult for me to do any more - it is obviously not worth calling in to see them!

    Elektrix is run by two brothers Peter and Michael. nothing is too much trouble for these two guys they will try their utmost to deliver the correct goods to your business within 24 hours. Free delivery includes the whole of the Yorkshire region and surronding areas.
