  well think eastwood domesicts are not that bad at all i went n to there shop the other day and all there items are priced up with bright labels and also had them out to look at my washer and i got 10 % off as im an oap :) ....

• Poor service.

  Eastwood came and fixed our dish washer. They damaged our kitchen flooring and when I called to complain the response was basically these things happen, get over it! The floor looks awful and it would cost us £800 to replace the whole thing! It would have been cheaper for us to buy a new dish washer!

• Don't let them know your budget

  Don't let them know your budget, I went in to the shop and found no prices on 95% of their appliances. I was asked my budget and was taken to a fridge freezer £10 under my budget. It was the cheapest fridge freezer i had ever seen very small and very basic, I was then taken to two other fridge freezers £50 above my budget, they were both overpriced and i thought something was fishy. I made a note of the fridge freezers i was shown and their prices aand got a friend to go in the next day, The same "sales person" approched my friend and asked budget etc and the budget i asked my friend to have was £60 lower than my budget the previous day. Suprise suprise he was taken to the very machine i was taken to the day previous but the price was £50 cheaper and the other fridge freezers i was shown was also a lot cheaper. my advice is don't trust the staff in the shop, don't let them know your budget and don't buy unless the price is on the machine when you go in the shop.
