Olde House

A good put to go and chill out in, has regular quiz evenings and has a function room where the do wedding receptions and salsa nights! Also has a kids indoor and outdoor play area and they do kids parties, but its all away from the adults! Good food is served through the day and evening, food and drink is well priced. All staff are friendly and helpful, good for local but not in walking distance to the town centre. Good place to go for a quiet few drinks with your mates, on occasions has the sport on aswell as quiz nights and other nights

Family atmosphere good food

This is great pub to take the kids for Sunday lunch. There is outside seating. I just love the chairs outside and would steal some for my garden if I could get way with it and it wasn't illegal! The menu is fairly traditional and there's a good choice. The service is good but can be a tad slow if it's busy. Loads of car parking space and very near to Holmebrook Valley park if you fancy a walk after lunch. All in all a really nice place to have a lazy Sunday lunch with the family.
