    Resolve IT have always been friendly and approachable, often helping out outside of office hours and during weekends, which suited me down to the ground as a small business owner. Tasks were performed efficiently and described in a manner that was understandable for a semi-techie like me. I would use them again, and probably will soon, as I need my computer network to do a lot more than it does now.
